Technical Assistance - Where? Why? And How?

The integration of licensing, workforce registries, and technical assistance (TA) is a cornerstone of effective professional development systems in childcare. By creating streamlined processes, states can enhance quality improvement efforts, supporting both childcare programs and licensing workers. One state's journey provides valuable insights into how a Professional Development Workforce Registry can facilitate this collaboration, making it a central hub for continuous quality improvement (CQI).

A State’s Success Story
Join us to explore how one state implemented this integrated approach, using their Workforce Registry to enhance collaboration and drive CQI. Learn about the challenges faced, strategies adopted, and outcomes achieved in their professional development system. By leveraging the Workforce Registry as a conduit for collaboration and quality improvement, states can build a more effective and user-friendly professional development system. Through this integration, licensing workers, technical assistance providers, and childcare programs can work together to support better outcomes for children and families.
