What’s your role at NARA and what do you find most rewarding about it?
I am the operations manager for NARA, the most rewarding aspect of my job is quickly addressing any problems members may have.

In one sentence, explain NARA’s mission to someone outside the industry?
At its core, NARA offers regulators in the human care field invaluable networking, a strong sense of community, and essential professional development.

How long have you been with NARA?
I have been with NARA for 3 years.

What’s your favorite part of your job?
My favorite part of the job is seeing the seminar take shape from ideas, emails, and meetings to the actual event full of presenters, exhibitors, and attendees! It is MAGICAL.

If you could trade jobs with anyone at NARA for a day, whose role would you want to try and why?
I would trade jobs with Kim Halfhill for a day because as I said earlier I am fascinated by all things relating to Seminar.

What’s the most common misconception people have about the regulatory world?
I think people incorrectly assume that regulators and regulations are bad.

When you’re not keeping things compliant, what’s your favorite way to unwind or recharge?
I am a full-time artist, and I regularly show work in NYC. I try to spend a lot of time in my studio but I’m probably really hanging out with my spouse and our beautiful 14-month-old!

What’s the most memorable moment you’ve had working at NARA so far?
My most memorable experience at NARA so far has been getting the Shopify store up and running! Go visit! NARA Digital Emporium
