What are the different types of memberships?

NARA offers both Individual and Organization memberships:

Individual Memberships:

Individual Member – $110.00 – Open to anyone in the field of human care licensing or those who agree with the mission and purpose of NARA.
Retiree and Student Member – $55.00 – Open to retirees of regulatory agencies or students enrolled in a related field.

Organization Memberships:

Level 1 – $1,725.00 – Up to 20 individuals. Includes 1 Leadership member (full benefits) + 1 admin (no benefits).
Level 2 – $2,300.00 – Up to 27 individuals. Includes 1 Leadership member (full benefits) + 1 admin (no benefits).
Level 3 – $2,875.00 – Up to 35 individuals. Includes 1 Leadership member (full benefits) + 1 admin (no benefits).
Level 4 – $3,450.00 – Up to 45 individuals. Includes 2 Leadership members (full benefits) + 1 admin (no benefits).
Level 5 – $3,450.00 + $70/person – Over 45 individuals. Includes 2 Leadership members (full benefits) + 1 admin (no benefits).

How do I renew my membership?

To renew your NARA membership, log in to your member account on the NARA website. From your account dashboard, select “Renew Membership” and follow the prompts to update your information and submit payment.

Renewal notifications are also sent via email before your membership expires. If you need assistance, contact the NARA membership manager at [email protected].

How do I update my profile?

Log in to your NARA account and go to My NARA → My Profile. Click the blue “Edit Profile” button to update your personal information.

To change your profile picture, click the pencil icon over the silhouette and upload a new image. Don’t forget to save your changes before exiting.

How do I pay an invoice?

Log in to your NARA account and go to My NARA → My Profile. Click Invoices in the blue bar to view your invoice list. Select the invoice number you wish to pay to view details.

If paying on someone else’s behalf or if the steps don’t work, email [email protected] or call 888.674.7052 ext. 4. Have the invoice number ready when contacting us.

What happens when my membership lapses?

If your membership lapses, you enter a 30-day grace period. During this time, you may still renew. If not renewed within 30 days, you will lose access to member benefits.

How can I access my account if I forgot my password?

Click the “Forgot Password” link on the login page and enter your email address. You’ll receive an email with instructions to reset your password. If you don’t receive it within a few minutes, check your spam folder or contact [email protected] for assistance.
