How do I log in to the Learning Center?

If you are enrolled in a course, you can log into the NARA Learning Center here. If you need to purchase a course, visit the course catalog.

How do I access my courses?

You can access your courses from your dashboard in the NARA Learning Center once you log in. Your dashboard displays all active enrollments, course progress, and available exams.

What should I do if I didn’t receive my course access email?

If you do not receive a confirmation or login email, please contact [email protected] for assistance. Be sure to check your spam or junk folder before contacting support.

What happens if I fail a quiz?

The NRPC training bundle includes two attempts for each quiz. If you fail the second attempt, you may purchase a third attempt for $75.00 through the Learning Center.

How do I earn or track my CEUs?

CEUs (Continuing Education Units) are automatically tracked through the NARA Learning Center when you complete eligible courses. Your dashboard will display completed courses, earned CEUs, and your overall progress toward recertification requirements.
