NARA Contracted ReportsIn July 2005, the National Association for Regulatory Administration (NARA) was contracted to identify states with successful “state of the art” automation systems that include field inspection components, identifying possible vendors and providing specific recommendations on the best method to implement an automated system capable of effectively managing the licensing process.
