NARA is hosting the 2026 Annual Licensing Seminar as a hybrid event, including both
an in-person component in Palm Springs, CA and a virtual component, which features
access to pre-recorded and live-streamed sessions, including one (1) live session in
each time block and all keynote presentations.

All attendees will have access to recorded sessions for approximately three (3) months
post Seminar. This year's theme, “Golden Standards: 50 Years of Regulatory
Excellence,” celebrates NARA’s strong foundation and sustained commitment to
shaping the future of regulatory excellence. We invite you to join us in Palm Springs or
online as we honor five decades of impact and look ahead with dynamic sessions,
expert insights, and collaborative networking that define the future of regulation.

Registration for the 2026 Annual Licensing Seminar opens April 1, 2026

Call for Presenters

Our call for presenters is now open.
NARA is seeking virtual and in-person presenters for Seminar sessions related to
human care licensing, including, but not limited to, adult residential and assisted living,
adult day care, child care, and child welfare. Session proposals should highlight this
year's theme, “Golden Standards: 50 Years of Regulatory Excellence.”

NARA encourages submissions for panels and collaborative presentations as well,
particularly those that address multiple disciplines of licensing.

The length of the presentation will be 75 minutes, which includes time for Q&A.

The deadline for submissions is Friday, April 17, 2026.
